Customer Success Team Lead – Media Production & Events – Up to £60k + bonus + hybrid working (1-2 days in the office per week).
Our client, a fast-growth media production and events business, is looking to onboard a talented Customer Success Team Lead/Head of Customer Success from B2B Events or B2B media/marketing. In addition to a 20% bonus, our client offers an employee-focused culture with hybrid working, an enhanced pension scheme, health and wellbeing services, summer early Friday finishes, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
As Customer Success Lead, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing Services to oversee campaigns, client relationships, and lead a team to provide a customer-centric experience to a growing portfolio of clients. You will have demonstrated collaborative client relationships with key stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey, and proactively manage campaign delivery alongside marketing operations and other internal teams. Client retention is key; managing the client relationship and providing high-level reporting, which in turn, ensures successful growth. A passion for team leadership and effective management is essential.
What do I need?
* Experience from B2B events/media/marketing/content or similar
* Excellent interpersonal skills and client management ability
* Strong team management experience, passion for leadership
* At least 5 years’ experience in client management/client services/customer success or similar
* Proven customer success ability and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised and customer-focused, curious and innovative mindset
* Able to successfully manage projects across multiple channels
