What you’ll do: Provide administration support to staff on site as required ) Liaising with internal and external contacts regarding the benefits and use of document control processes, and provide adequate support/training where required Maintain accurate, concise records of all documents relating to projects and label them according to relevant protocols on a day to day basis Manage distribution protocols accordingly in relation to each document issued – ACC/BIM Workflows Maintain hard copy documentation as required – A3 Drawings Folder on site Regularly monitor compliance regarding document control processes Support site in relation to procedural documentation/administration as required Prepare/produce all necessary documentation for inclusion into the O&M Manuals at completion Organising meetings – including sending electronic invitations, managing meeting room on site and organising refreshments as required Various other ad-hoc duties required from time to time What you’ll need: Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry Experience in working with Common Data Environment Systems (CDE) - Asite, Conject, BIM 360 or BIM Docs Strong interpersonal, communications and organisation skills Able to work well under pressure, prioritise work load effectively and meet deadlines Proficient user of Microsoft Office 365 Who we’re looking for: People are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
