Administrator/ Sales Order processing

Immediate start – Temporary 12 month contract
Full Time 8.30am – 5pm (one hour lunch)
£12.30 - £12.56 per hour dep on exp + parking
We are currently seeking an Administrator/Sales Order Processor with strong attention to detail to manage Customer Orders.
Our client is a forward-thinking international company and they are seeking an experienced Order Processor to join their friendly and professional team. You will be processing customer orders being the main point of contact and dealing with any queries or enquiries, offering excellent service throughout.
* Dealing with all customer orders via phone, email and web contact – ensuring all details are correct
* Updating the information onto the system and making sure any anomalies are dealt with
* Offering help with products and services, dealing with credits and returns
We require you to have:-
* Experience in an order processing environment
* Have excellent communication skills with high attention to detail?
* Experience gained in customer service and possess a true ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic and commitment?
