My client are a retailer specialising in fitness equipment and accessories. They offer a wide range of products such as exercise machines, weights, gym accessories, and other fitness-related items.
They cater to individuals and businesses looking to set up home or commercial gyms and are looking for an Assistant Manager to help support the Store Manager in leading and improving the day to day running of the store and management of the retail team.
The Role:
1. Enhancing the customer journey and in-store experience by maintaining the store and curating appropriate offerings and ambiance.
2. Comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide exceptional assistance to both the team and customers.
3. Oversee the complete customer journey to ensure customer satisfaction, positively impacting our trust pilot score and fostering repeat business.
4. Work with the Store Manager to stimulate foot traffic through various in-store activities.

6. Enforce team processes and procedures regularly to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
