The global business enablement manager for Cytiva is responsible for applying a data driven approach to support and/or lead a multitude of commercial business initiatives attributing to positive impact on quarter-to-quarter revenue, as well as contributing to agile commercial support to enhance salesforce productivity and efficiency. This position is part of the Business Enablement function that resides within the Commercial Excellence group that is located in Amersham, UK, Portsmouth UK. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: · Identify, develop, and deploy commercial excellence initiatives to drive strategic and tactical impact for the Commercial organization. · Collaborate with broad range of stakeholders consisting within multiple operating companies to drive actionable insights and progress. · Provide insights and analysis to Commercial Leadership teams. · Leverage DBS toolbox to apply a continuous improvement approach. · Support leadership policy deployment initiatives as required by the business. The essential requirements of the job include: · Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Economics or Business Administration. · Fundamental understanding of DBS tools. · Possess excellent time management, communication and collaborative skills. · Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial related disciplines such as Marketing, Commercial Operations, or Sales in a business-to-business environment. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: · CP in a DBS tool · Proficient in SFDC and Oracle Join our winning team today.
