Due-to continued success, my client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. Multiple members of their team have been with the company for 40+ years and 30% of their team have been with them for 10+ years!
Salary: Up to £27,000
Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 (Flexibility to do contracted hours over 4 days)
Location: Woore
Duration: Permanent/ Full time
Sales Administrator Duties include:
Preparation of quotations within deadlines
Ensure correct product selection in line with customer requirements
Maintain close client contact building rapport and customer loyalty
Feedback market trends and information
Maintain and maximise use of CRM, accounting and sizing software
Requirements for the right Sales Administrator:
Communication skills to liaise with customers, area sales managers and management team
Ability to maintain profitable sales
Ensure all products are purchased in compliance with mandatory requirements
Ability to work flexibly, as a team and independently
Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage own workload
Demonstrate ability to seek and develop new profitable opportunities
