Finally, we are seeking somebody with a minimum of 12 months experience in a service advisor / contact centre liaison role. The role : - Will be busy and varied, and at times you will need to produce quality work whilst working under pressure to achieve the customers SLA's - Working with a large number of clients and logging orders - Providing first class customer service to internal and external clients - Working within agreed timescales - Liaising with depot operations in order to problem solve queries Complaint handling Daily communication with established clients by phone, and using the in-house CRM systems to implement long term solutions to client issues Hours of work: Days (Monday to Friday) with hours ranging from (Apply online only) to (Apply online only).
