Salary: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour (£20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary) depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, Term time only

Why They Need You
Due to their growing student population and expanding school provisions, they're seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant. In this role, you'll support students in all areas of the curriculum across various settings, including classrooms, the local environment, and the community.
Role Responsibilities:
* Support students' learning, development, and progress
* Assist students with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism in achieving their goals
* Promote an inclusive environment that respects equality, diversity, and the rights of all students
* Empower young people and emphasise support
* Enhance your understanding of Special Education issues and reflect the school's values in your role
* Provide high-quality support, including physical intervention and personal care when necessary
