Job Description
Customer Service Representative (B2B), Slough.
1. All areas of B2B Customer Service
2. Order management of a portfolio of accounts from order receipt through to invoicing/dispatch
3. Management of sales conditions in SAP based on input from sales: standard pricing and discounts for these customers
4. Checking each order is correct from a pricing perspective before processing & checking correct stock has been ordered and is available
5. Offering customer service to both external customers and internal departments
6. Maintain relationship with sales teams to ensure orders are correct first time
7. Investigating all enquiries received by telephone and email, including stock availability
8. Delivery updates/problems, product information and pricing
9. Resolve telephone and email queries, including stock availability, delivery updates, product information
10. Resolve after-sales queries on pricing, refusals, short deliveries
11. Daily contact with Logistics Service Provider, customers and sales regarding customer deliveries
The Successful Applicant
1. You will be available and able to commit to a permanent office-based role
2. You will have circa 3 - 5 years FMCG experience (or knowledge and skill-set equivalent to this)
3. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, clear communication skills, attention to detail
4. Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced consumer market where you have been dealing with a physical product
5. Good systems skills including good Excel (ideally VLookUps and Pivots) and SAP is preferable
6. You will be available to work in the office 5 days a week
You will already have the right to work full-time in the UK; unfortunately, sponsorship will not be possible.
What's on Offer
Salary circa £28,000 to £35,000 plus excellent package and work environment.
