THE STANWAY SCHOOL CARETAKER (Fixed Term) Pay Range: Local Government Pay Scale 4 Actual Salary from: £24,294 – £24,702 per annum (Points 7 - 8) Start Date: ASAP Fixed term until 20th December 2024 The Role We are seeking to appoint a Caretaker on a fixed term basis to enable the site team to provide a high level of service to The Stanway School community and to be responsible for carrying out a range of facilities duties including security, supervision of the site, cleaning, maintenance and porterage. A can do attitude and ability to prioritise tasks are essential. This is a fixed term contract until 20th December 2024. This post is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (full-time). The proposed working pattern will be 10:00am – 18:00pm Monday to Thursday and 10:00am – 17:30pm Friday (including a 30-minute unpaid break).
