As Manufacturing Consultant youll lead in providing advice, guidance, planning skills and knowhow in the initial set up, scale up and longer term future-proofing of an ambitious and successful food manufacturing business to the existing leadership team and their staff.
Your key responsibilities as Manufacturing Consultant will include:
Review the existing business
Provide strategic direction, guidance, and leadership to the c-suite and management teams
Guide the growth of the business from e-tail, warehousing and distribution to include food manufacturing/processing
Support in the development of a manufacturing project plan
Cooperate in defining and maintaining forward traction as the business looks to grow both revenue, customer base and profitability
As Manufacturing Consultant youll need:
A wealth of commercial experience as Manufacturing Consultant or advisory role, ideally gained in a fast-paced, growing food manufacturing business,
Earlier experience in a lead, senior or managerial general management, operations, production or manufacturing role beneficial
Knowledge and experience of manufacturing start-up, scale-up and planning
Acting as a mentor, providing guidance on decision-making to senior and junior members of management teams
High levels of motivation
Results oriented
Comfortable working at all levels and with a full diversity of stakeholders, independently or as part of a team
Accustomed to working in demanding businesses and environments
A quality network of contacts ready to address challenges
Rewards and Benefits:
Rate c.£450 to £800/day
