Senior Executive Assistant (1yr fixed term contract)
Miniclip is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support several members of our Executive team in the UK and our wider Executive team as needed. This is a full-time, fixed term maternity cover, please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
As the Senior Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Executive team to support their needs by keeping schedules on track, managing diaries, and being their first point of contact for both the business and external partners. This is varied role where no day is ever the same and will include many, but not be limited to, the responsibilities below:
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the diaries of several Executive team members.
* Organise internal and external meetings and book meeting rooms.
* Arrange other appointments for your Executives as required, such as lunches and dinners etc.
* Schedule quarterly business reviews and board meetings.
* Manage all travel arrangements, including: flights, transportation, accommodation, and travel visas when required.
* Co-ordinate Executive visits to other Miniclip Studios, including: logistics, agendas and hospitality.
* Undertake ad hoc tasks, projects and research for the Executive team (e.g. venue search and gifting).
* Liaise with the Workplace Services Team on hospitality requests and to register guests. Aid greeting of guests and hospitality as required.
* Organise gifts for Group Studios and key partners.
* Arrange and support company events as required, which will occasionally include some out of hours work.
* Timely processing of expenses for your Executives and administrative tasks.
* Request virtual credit cards and maintain sufficient invoices.
* Provide cover for the Junior People Team Co-Ordinator in times of absence.

* Ability to multitask and prioritise varied workload.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Desirable – An interest in the mobile and gaming industry and keen to learn more about it.
