FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Payable Assistant based in Aberdeen on a Temporary Contract basis, running for approx. 6 months. This is a full time position, with Hybrid working available.
Main duties include:
•Posting invoices
•Verifying correct coding
•VAT and approvals
•Processing changes in master data with proper authorization
•Handling AP-related questions from external suppliers and internal entities
•Assisting with month-end close duties
•Any other tasks as necessary
Suitable candidates should have the following:
•Previous relevant experience in a similar role
•Experience with IFS software is desirable
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel is essential
•Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
•Keen attention to detail
•Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
