Sales Administrator
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing Orders: Efficiently handling orders via email or phone.
2. Data Accuracy: Ensuring data accuracy in orders and invoices.
3. Client Communication: Contacting clients to obtain missing information or address queries.
4. Logistics Coordination: Collaborating with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Record Maintenance: Keeping sales and customer records up-to-date.
6. Monthly Reports: Compiling monthly sales reports.
7. Product Knowledge: Staying informed about new products and features.
To excel in this role, you should have:
1. Work Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
2. Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (especially MS Excel).
3. Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
4. Team Player: A collaborative mindset and dedication.
5. Deadline Management: Ability to work under strict deadlines.
