Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring job vacancies are accurately posted and managed within the recruitment system with all necessary documentation.
Create and publish engaging, error-free job advertisements to attract top talent.
Screen and vet candidates to ensure suitability for progression in the hiring process.
Collaborate with technical assessors to verify certifications and qualifications.
Oversee all stages of the interview process, including scheduling, documentation, and timely feedback collection from managers.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate communication, talent pool maintenance, and role closure.
Keep recruitment systems and trackers updated, ensuring accurate and compliant data management.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, monitor their performance, and negotiate contracts when necessary.
