Location: Redditch Salary: £11.44 per hour Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Friday) Potential overtime on Saturdays Are you a skilled, hands-on individual looking for a stable role in a growing timber company? We are currently seeking a Production Operative / Assembler to join our team in Redditch. Key Responsibilities:
* Assembling timber panels and products following specifications
* Using hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
* Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process
* Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
* Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
Key Requirements:
* Experience using tools (preferred)
* Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work efficiently within a team
* Previous experience in a production or assembly role is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
