We are looking for a team member to support us in delivering an excellent service to our students, staff, and wider community.
The successful candidate should be IT literate and a successful communicator, as communicating with our users will be a key part of this role.
You will champion our services and offerings and support all functions of sport across the University of Southampton; you will be part of a high-performing team who strive to make a positive difference to our users' experience. In addition, you will provide valuable administrative support for fellow colleagues within the Customer Excellence team and must be willing to work on a shift pattern, including work at weekends and bank holidays.
Shift Pattern:
1. Thursday: 15:30 – 22:30
2. Friday: 15:30 – 22:30
3. Saturday: 14:30 – 22:30
4. Sunday: 14:30 – 22:30
This role is based at Jubilee Sport and Recreation Centre (Highfield Campus) and may require travel and work to other sport facilities at The University.
