The impact you'll make
As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll lead the team in our Restaurant and Bar, ensuring excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
What you'll do
1. Lead and supervise shifts in Restaurant and Bar to ensure seamless operations.
2. Be knowledgeable about all food and beverage items offered and ensure the team carries the same knowledge.
3. Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
4. Inspect storage areas for cleanliness and organization.
5. Complete stock inventories regularly and order stock as required.
6. Support training and development of the team.
7. Establish and maintain open relationships with other hotel teams.
8. Identify and develop ways to upsell and increase revenue.
9. Complete opening and closing duties for service readiness.
10. Monitor restaurant for seating availability and guest well-being.
11. Ensure pro-active table service from the team.
12. Support with developing seasonal hand-crafted cocktails.

3. Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
