Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries regarding warranty coverage, explaining claim procedures, and providing updates on repair status.
* Review warranty claims submitted by customers, verifying eligibility based on product specifications and purchase dates, and determining appropriate actions.
* Communicate with service technicians to confirm repair needs, request necessary parts, and ensure timely completion of warranty repairs.
* Contact manufacturers to submit warranty claims, negotiate repair costs, and resolve any claim disputes.
* Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including customer details, repair information, and claim status updates.
* Identify potential fraudulent activity and take appropriate action.
* Keep updated on policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.
