To lead and manage childrens residential services for our client and ensure the delivery of a high-quality service that provides care and support to young people in various aspects of their day-to-day life, including Learning/Leisure/Activities, Daily Living, Personal Care, Education, Health, Emotional, and Cultural needs.
To be responsible for the full range of activities involved in managing a childrens home, ensuring compliance with the Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. The safety and well-being of each child should remain at the heart of everyday practice within the home.
To oversee staff management, finances, health, safety, and risk management in line with statutory guidelines.
MAIN DUTIES
1. Develop, manage, and review the delivery of residential provisions, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements, policies, and best practices.
2. Take lead responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in the home, ensuring their educational, physical health, and emotional well-being needs are met.
3. Ensure that staff members understand their roles, responsibilities, and expectations set by our client.
