In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and installation work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to our residents. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical repairs and installations in residential properties.
Perform scheduled electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to identify the root cause and provide timely solutions.
Work closely with our maintenance team and residents to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and safely.
Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of work completed.
