Service Desk Manager
Permanent employee, Full-time MOD Corsham/Chippenham
Salary range £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri
Must be eligible for DBS, BPSS and High-Level Security Clearances
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to oversee and manage the service desk team. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the service desk team to ensure excellent customer service
* Developing and implementing service desk processes and procedures
* Collaborating with IT teams to resolve technical issues
* Monitoring and reporting on service desk performance
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a service desk management role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of IT service management principles
This is a permanent, full-time role based out of MOD Corsham, Wiltshire with flexible working from home available.
