Unique are on the hunt for a Lettings/Business Development officer, to join a leading, expanding, thriving and well established estate agent, based in one of their busy Fylde Coast offices.
Suitable candidates will have a vibrant and outgoing personality, with a strong track record in developing new business and be confident hitting and exceeding targets. You will be required to drive, so a clean driving license is preferable.
Job Purpose:
1. Develops new Business by identifying new/existing developments.
2. Lets property by matching landlord and tenant.
Duties:
* Develops property listings by building rapport and reaching out to potential landlords; meeting potential tenants through advertising.
* Lists property by examining property; recommending improvements that will enhance lets; coordinating with appraisers to set a letting price; closing a contract.
* Develops lettings by meeting potential renters; placing advertisements; responding to inquiries.
* Closes lettings by understanding landlord requirements; matching requirements to listings; showing properties; demonstrating benefits; relaying offers; suggesting alterations; contract signing.
* Updates job knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organisations.
* Deals with incoming maintenance problems.
* Builds a rapport with all contractors.

* Previous Lettings/Business Development Industry Experience Essential.
Lettings Negotiator / Maintenance Responsibilities:
* Develop New Business.
* Arrange viewings.
* Negotiate with landlord and prospective tenant.
* Answer calls and deal with enquiries.
* Generate repeat and New business.
* Close rental deals.
* Arrange New Market Appraisals.
* A strong property listings background, with previous experience of working to targets.
* Self-motivated, desire to succeed.
* Deal with maintenance issues.
* Make sure all safety checks are up to date to be compliant.
* Have a rapport with all contractors.
* Make sure all maintenance issues are dealt with professionally within a timely manner.
* Well presented with excellent communication skills.
A full driving license - Over 25s will have access to a company car. If your own car is used, a mileage allowance will be provided.

Pay: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
