We have an amazing role for an enthusiastic and focused individual to join our fantastic new flagship store. We are looking for someone who is driven, confident, punctual, and can use their initiative to achieve.
Experience is not required, and full training will be given to become an Optical Assistant.
We work alongside The NHS providing a full free eye test and spectacle service to anyone receiving state benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Speaking to and canvassing passing trade and inviting them into the store for free eye tests. Canvassing is key for the role.
2. Drive sales
3. Hitting targets
4. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
5. Prepare examination rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization
6. Assist patients in selecting eyewear frames and lenses that meet their needs and preferences
7. Take accurate measurements for fitting eyewear frames and lenses
8. Adjust eyewear frames to ensure proper fit and comfort for patients
9. Administrative work
10. Providing a professional aftercare service

£16,999.00-£19,999.00 per year
