Job type: Full time, permanent
Working hours: 40 hours a week with the expectation that these will be worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service you support. Plus, on call rota basis.
Salary: £50,000 per annum

We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and innovative Registered Manager to be part of the development of a new 6-person registered care home for adults with learning disabilities and autism. The successful candidate will lead and manage our specialist residential service. You will be committed to ensuring the service is compliant with regulations and will also be focused on delivering high-quality, person-centred services to the people we support.
About us
A former care home situated in Reddingmuirhead, Falkirk is a new service for Swanton Care and benefits from enclosed grounds on the edge of the village, close to local amenities. The service will offer a high standard of care in accordance with Swanton’s PRIDE ETHOS: Potential, Responsibility, Integrity, Diversity, Empathy.
About you
We are looking for people who share our core values and are able to apply these to the work that they do.
* You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a senior care management role at Registered Manager or similar level.
* The successful applicant will hold their SVQ Level 4, Leadership and Management or have a suitable alternative qualification.
* Having excellent interpersonal skills is necessary and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for a large multi-disciplinary staff team.
* In addition, you will need to be able to evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
* Ideal candidates will have experience in commissioning into new services.
