Care Home Manager - Ashburton (Two Sites)
We are recruiting for a Care Home Manager to lead and manage two sites in Ashburton. This role requires effective leadership and management to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dynamic leadership.
* Ensure adherence to all regulations, policies, and administrative procedures.
* Maintain the highest standards of care and support for residents.
* Formulate and monitor operating budgets for the facilities.
* Oversee facility maintenance and liaise with external contractors.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive operational performance.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience in care home management or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
* Budget management experience is essential.
* Ability to build effective working relationships with external stakeholders.
