The job holder will be expected to provide strategic leadership to the hospital teams to ensure both sites have an effective and achievable business plan that will achieve and deliver our EBITDA targets. Provide leadership and day to day running of the hospitals to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient management of our patient pathways. The post holder will provide excellent care to all patients, with specific responsibility for ensuring adherence with departmental policies, practice standards, regulation and governance to provide high quality, cost effective care that puts the patient first at all times.
