Quality Improvement Assistant Fitzwilliam Hospital, Peterborough Full-time (37.5 hours) We have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Improvement Assistant to join the team at Fitzwilliam Hospital. The hospital is situated in the quiet landscaped grounds of the Milton Estate in Peterborough and has 54 single bedrooms and 1 twin-bedded room, all with en suite facilities. The hospital provides services for both private and NHS patients. The role Work closely with patients and relatives to manage the complaints process Support the patient journey from referral to treatment, through audit, CAS safety and patient related outcomes such as BSR Support meetings by taking minutes and preparing reports Assist with updating training records Support the Quality Improvement Manager Pro-actively seek additional knowledge and training to support personal growth and that of the team What you'll bring with you Experience in an administrative position, prior healthcare and quality improvement is advantageous Excellent IT skills A flexible and positive attitude Warm, considerate and empathetic character About Us: Ramsay Health Care UK is a well-established global hospital group with over 50 years' experience.
