We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial financial adviser to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to be part of an exciting venture, with the potential to hold equity not only in the wealth management division but also in the larger group company.
The Role: As a self-employed financial adviser, you will have the autonomy to build and scale your book of clients from the ground up, with the full support of K2 Wealth Management’s leadership team. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a vision to create and lead a team of brokers under your management. This is a hands-on role where you will drive the growth of the business, nurture client relationships, and leverage the cross-selling opportunities across K2 Wealth Management’s divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and grow your book of wealth management clients, driving business development and client acquisition.

* Develop and manage a team of brokers over time.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Pay: £49,353.00-£57,922.00 per year
