HVAC Sales Manager
Location: To cover the South of UK (Fully remote role)
Salary: £50k - £55k
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Sales Manager to join our team. This role is integral to identifying new business opportunities and growing sales in collaboration with our direct and distribution Sales Teams. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth by quoting and selling our products, maximising market share, and increasing sales revenue and presence within the allocated sales region.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Effective management of nominated and geographical mechanical consultants
2. Targeting and identifying new/potential customers (M&E, Consultants)
3. Promoting and offering product and project design support
4. Achieving sales targets and developing new business
5. Offering guidance and assistance on the correct use and application of our products
6. Providing industry knowledge and guidance on legislation to ensure future protection
7. Promoting all the client's USP's
8. Preparing weekly/monthly update reports charting customer progress and highlighting new business to your line manager
9. Ensuring regular customer contact
10. Securing orders and developing enquiries
11. Satisfying customer requirements
12. Collecting and reporting industry knowledge and competitor analysis
What we are looking for:
13. Technical knowledge of VRF and split systems
14. Strong sales background in the HVAC industry, specifically in the VRF market dealing with consultants, M&E, and AC contractors
15. Strong client relationships
16. Competitor knowledge
17. UK driving licence
18. IT literate with MS Office skills
19. Good communication and negotiating skills
20. Time management and organisational skills
