As a Salaried GP, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive primary care services to the local community. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including a practice paramedic, PCN pharmacists, physiotherapists, social prescribing link workers, mental health practitioners, and health and well-being coordinators, to deliver holistic and patient-centred care.
Responsibilities Provide 4-6 sessions per week, with 12 appointments per routine clinical session
Utilise SystmOne practice, Ardens, and Accurx to streamline patient management
Collaborate with the practice paramedic for efficient visiting services
Engage with the award-winning PCN Pharmacist Team for medication optimisation
Liaise with PCN first contact physiotherapy, social prescribing link workers, mental health practitioners, and health and well-being coordinators to provide comprehensive care
Requirements Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
