Responsibilities:
1. Create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning and social interaction.
2. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels respected and encouraged to explore their interests.
3. Build strong relationships with children and families, maintaining open communication and partnership.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement our curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
5. Conduct observations and assessments to track children's progress and tailor learning experiences to meet their individual needs.
6. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent - ESSENTIAL
2. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or preschool setting.
3. Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
6. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
