About The Role
HARP, Southend-on-Seas leading homelessness charity, is seeking an inspirational and strategic leader to join our executive team as Executive Director of Service Operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive the development and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services that achieve sustainable outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness. With a proven track record in leading services for people with complex needs, you will ensure our approach is rooted in psychologically informed practices while fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence across our operational teams.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee service delivery, manage departmental budgets, and champion innovative approaches to meet the needs of those we support. A skilled communicator and collaborator, you will strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, drive forward organisational priorities, and support the CEO in building HARPs reputation through impactful data and evidence of success.
