* Base Salary from $86,511 plus 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
The Client Service & Support Co-ordinator (Electronic Security) is responsible for coordinating and actioning stakeholder enquires in support of the Technical Services team.
This role supports the delivery of the University's Security Systems, including Gallagher, Avigilon and other technical systems to manage and reduce security risk, ensure quality/accuracy of information and continuity of security operations.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* provide excellent customer service by being a point of contact for staff and students regarding security systems information and assistance
* identify issues and initiate escalation to the Technical Security Senior Manager
* provide administrative support to the Technical Services team to maintain the University's Security Systems
* maintain records and support compliance activities.
About you
We are looking for an experienced administration and customer service professional who can demonstrate:
* an understanding of electronic security systems
* high level computing skills relevant to the position (including experience in a Windows environment and with relevant software packages like Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams
* an ability to influence, negotiate and build productive working relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
