This is a permanent, full-time role based in our office in New Earswick, working 8am-4pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Due to the duties of this role, there is a requirement to be on site for 5 days a week

We are seeking a Senior Customer Access Advisor to oversee the Customer Access Adviser Team to deliver excellent customer service that meets organisational service standards and performance targets. Youll support the Customer Access Team Leader in ensuring that residents and other customers are at the forefront of service delivery and that safe, effective, and efficient services are provided and identify and develop improvements and new ways of working.
