Our Client
We are working with a large, international business seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to start ASAP. This will initially be a temporary role with a high chance of going permanent after a couple of months.
Key Responsibilities
* High volume ER cases per month
* Building credible relationships with relevant teams in the UK HR team
* Provide advice on HR policies and ER issues
* Compliance with UK employment law, managing complex ER cases
* Assist with Employment Tribunal cases, reducing claim risk
* Design and implement ER training programmes
Experience Needed
* CIPD level 5 or above
* Experience working on high volume ER cases each month
* Previous experience leading on redundancy cases, restructuring etc
* Must be available to start ASAP
* DBS clearance - is essential to begin this role remotely
For The Candidate
* Fully remote role - every 3 months you will be expected to go into the London office, travel will be expensed
* High chance of temp to perm
* Initially a day rate contract of around £200 per day, then will go on a FTE salary of £40,000 - £45,000 DOE
