We are looking to recruit for our Supported Living service in the Crossmyloof area of Glasgow, where we provide 24-hour care and support for 3 adults with learning disabilities sharing their home. Our main priority for this role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own. The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Duties will include full support with personal care needs and household chores, as well as taking part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing, such as musical evenings, activity groups, social evenings, shopping & banking. What you will need to succeed/bring to the role Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude Experienced in Microsoft packages, Word, Excel etc. Ability to build trusting relationships Empathy and excellent communication skills Excellent team player Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals. IT skills Working pattern: This is a full time role working 30 hours per week, 5 over seven days with weekends, early/backshifts and sleepovers required. What's in it for you?
