Hours- 6:45am to 7pm

About the Role:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of others? As a Senior Care Assistant at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, administering medication, and providing personal care to our residents, always treating them with the dignity and respect they deserve.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver outstanding care.
2. Social care wales is a requirement
3. Provide personal care and support to our residents.
4. Administer medication safely and responsibly.
5. Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment.
6. Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
About You:
An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is a requirement for this role but what we value most is your compassion, dedication, and genuine interest in connecting with our residents and their families.
