Our client, a dynamic signage company based in Aberdeen, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
2. Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across platforms, monitor audience interactions, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
3. Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote products, services, and company events.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive online community and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the client to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and company objectives.
Qualifications:
1. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in social media marketing or content creation, preferably within the signage or related industry.
3. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
8. Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
