Oversee daily production, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Plan, monitor, and improve production schedules. Champion safety, quality, and efficiency across the board. Lead and develop your team to meet KPIs and hit deadlines. Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. The main focus of the role will be overseeing the efficient running and control of the production operation along with managing a team. You will play a vital role in ensuring high quality standards are maintained working in a collaborative setting alongside a supportive & talented senior management team. This is a strategic role that manages the planning, coordination, and general management of production. It also involves leading from the front with a ‘hands-on’ approach, fostering an ethos of excellence. What would make you a perfect fit? Proven management experience in production or manufacturing.
