Site Operations Manager

My client leads the field in the design, manufacture, supply and support of high-quality, innovative balconies.
Due to continued growth, we are searching for a forward-thinking, creative, Site Operations Manager to provide effective oversight to all service provision on client sites and to proactively lead and manage the team who oversee the day-to-day running of the sites, including site equipment.
Key Accountabilities
* You will be responsible for the effective ownership and management around the quality and compliance of all services provided across our clients’ sites.
* You will interface with the site teams, internal and external stakeholders, to ensure all service standards are met or exceeded.
* You will be responsible for all safety, compliance and quality processes being followed and identifying any gaps, as well as escalating the gaps to resolution.
* You will be the elevated point of contact with site clients for all queries relating to service delivery.
* You will be responsible for controlling and monitoring financial performance of a designated area, in line with pre-determined budgets and KPI’s.
Installation / Aftercare / Reporting
* Source, vet and validate new installers.
* Be able to deliver comprehensive installer training for new and existing operatives.
* Ensure aftercare queries are addressed, and provide quotes were applicable.
* Ensure current and relevant RAMS and equipment are always in place.
* Installer NPS.
* Equipment forecasting.
* Passport Performance reports.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Able to effectively conduct 1-2-1s with all team members.
* Ability to monitor team capacity and resourcing requirements.
* Proven background in similar roles, including, Site Ops Management background, Construction, and balcony industry experience.
