RoleOverview:
AstheSales&EventsManager,youwillberesponsiblefordrivingthesalesandeventmanagementfunction,ensuringthesuccessfulbookingandexecutionofeventswithinthevenue.Youwillworkcloselywithclientstounderstandtheireventneeds,sellthevenueandserviceseffectively,andensurethateveryeventisdeliveredseamlessly.Thisrolerequiressomeonewithastrongsalesbackground,excellentorganisationalskills,andtheabilitytomanagelarge-scaleeventsormultiplesites.

KeyResponsibilities:
Sales&BusinessDevelopment:
* Proactivelygeneratenewbusinessthroughleadgeneration,networking,andoutreach,targetingbothcorporateclientsandprivateindividuals.
* Manageanddevelopastrongsalespipeline,ensuringconsistentbookingofeventsandexceedingsalestargets.
* Respondtoinquiries,providesitetours,andcreatetailoredproposalsbasedonclientneedsandeventrequirements.
* Buildlong-termrelationshipswithclientsandensureahighlevelofcustomersatisfaction,withafocusonrepeatbusinessandreferrals.
* Negotiatecontractsandmanagebookings,ensuringalltermsareagreeduponandcleartobothparties.
* Collaboratewiththemarketingteamtoensurethatourvenuesprofileisconsistentlyelevatedthroughtargetedcampaignsandsocialmediaoutreach.
EventManagement&Coordination:
* Takeownershipoftheeventmanagementprocessfromstarttofinish,ensuringeverydetailishandledandtheclientsvisionisbroughttolife.
* Overseelogisticsforlarge-scaleevents,multi-daybookings,andsimultaneousevents,ensuringsmoothoperationacrossallspaces.
* Coordinatewithinternalteams(operations,catering,technical,etc.)toensureallclientrequirementsaremetandtheeventrunssmoothly.
* Manageon-siteclientrelationsduringevents,handlinganyissuesorrequestsquicklyandefficientlytomaintainahighlevelofclientsatisfaction.
* Ensurealleventsareexecutedaccordingtosafetyregulations,venuepolicies,andhealth&safetystandards.
TeamCollaboration&Leadership:
* Supportandguidejunioreventcoordinatorsoreventassistantsintheirday-to-dayresponsibilities,fosteringacollaborativeenvironment.
* Workcloselywiththeoperationsandtechnicalteamstoensurethateacheventisexecutedtothehigheststandard.
* Providepost-eventfeedbacktoclientsandinternalteams,identifyingareasforimprovementandbuildingonsuccessesforfutureevents.
Skills&Experience:
* 3-5yearsofexperienceinsalesandeventsmanagement,preferablyinalarge-scaleormulti-sitevenueenvironment.
* Experienceinsocialvenues,experientialevents,orsimilareventsectorsishighlydesirablebutnotessential.
* Proventrackrecordinsalesandbusinessdevelopment,withastrongfocusondrivingrevenueandmanagingclientrelationships.
* Excellentorganisationalskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipleeventssimultaneously,withexceptionalattentiontodetail.
* Abilitytoworkwellunderpressure,ensuringdeadlinesaremetandclientexpectationsareexceeded.
* Strongcommunicationandnegotiationskills,withaclient-focusedapproach.
* Knowledgeofvenueoperations,AV,technicalrequirements,andeventlogistics.
* Proficiencywitheventmanagementsoftware,CRMsystems,andMicrosoftOfficeSuite.
* Acreativeandproactiveapproachtoproblem-solvingandeventexecution.
