Join our Team as a Depot Dispatcher We are currently recruiting for an Administrator/Dispatcher to join our Operations Teams based in our Heywood Depot. This role will be permanent and full time. Your normal hours of work will be based on a shift pattern of 4 days on followed by 4 days off working a maximum average of 48 hours per shift. The shift times for this role will be a mix of 04:00 - 16:00 and 12:00 - 00:00. Your role will involve preparing goods for dispatch at our head office and then dispatching vehicles for that day. You will also be monitoring our drivers throughout the day and providing administration support to them from our office. You will also be responsible for dealing with any problems as they arise and ensuring the day-to-day operation of NoteMachine’s fully managed services. You will be computer literate and educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
