Wireless Graduate Engineer - (Physics, Maths, CompSci and EEE Graduates)
The Wireless Products Team is recruiting talented graduates, typically in the fields of Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science. From underwater to outer space, work on a wide range of complex problems and develop your skills in areas such electronics, software, signal processing and mathematical modelling. You will join a project team of talented engineers and technologists, who will coach and support you to gain the necessary skills. Within the Wireless Products team there are a variety of roles suitable for graduates, and while you may specialise in one or more, you will be encouraged to develop a broad set of skills and understanding.
Designing high performance electronics ( digital/RF/analogue ) for our products
Creating software and applications and GUIs (typically using C, C++, Java, Javascript or React)
Creating FPGA-based digital signal processing applications (typically using VHDL)
Developing software and/or firmware for a range of target devices including FPGAs, ARM processors, GPUs and microcontrollers (typically using VHDL or Verilog)
Mathematical modelling
Within the Wireless Products Team, we understand you're not going to know everything straight away so you will participate in specialised training to bring you up to speed. You will also have a buddy assigned to help you find your feet. We have a strong career development framework that allows a focus on both technical expertise and engineering leadership. We will encourage you to work towards professional registration and get involved in engineering outreach activities to inspire future generations of engineers.
On track to achieve or achieved (within the last 3 years) 2:1 degree in Engineering, typically EEE, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar.
You will need to have graduated within the last 3 years
