Job Title: Independence and Wellbeing Practitioner

* Salary: £27,177 per annum (pro rata for part-time)
* Hours: 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

Join Suffolk County Council as an Independence and Wellbeing Practitioner and make a positive impact on our community. You will work with adults to assess their needs under the Care Act 2014, using Signs of Safety tools to formulate solutions and review progress. We support your professional growth with comprehensive induction, ongoing peer support, and training opportunities.
Requirements include:
1. Good listening and communication skills, with an understanding of the local community.
2. Computer literacy for recording assessments and correspondence.
3. Ability to build positive relationships with professionals, voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprises.
