We have an excellent opportunity to join our market leading manufacturing business in Northumberland. This is a key position supporting day-to-day administrative activities to help enhance overall productivity and efficiency. The role will cover a broad spectrum of activities covering the SQDC (safety, quality, delivery and cost).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support to Operations Team
2. Create, manage and file SOPs
3. Raise and manage CapEX process
4. Minute meetings and create action plans from team meetings
5. Assist shipping in filing
6. Help with adherence to the company HSEQ policy and systems
7. Assist in closing out and chasing progress of all non-conformances
8. Support in the creation and distribution of KPIs
9. Aid management team with improvement activities
10. Assist with HR admin by being a point of contact for them
11. Chase timesheets
12. Support induction process
13. Assist with managing HR documentation
14. Maintain the production skills matrix
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Strong teamwork ethic
6. Understanding of 'Root Cause' analysis and basic problem-solving models
