About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and highly experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales, offering excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while working in a well-organised and supportive dealership. In addition, you will work closely with customers to create tailored finance proposals and guide them through the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieving sales targets: Drive sales of used vehicles, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Customer Service: Provide an exceptional customer experience, from initial enquiry through to the final sale.
3. Finance Proposals: Create and present tailored finance solutions to customers, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the used car range, staying up to date on specifications, features, and benefits to effectively sell.
5. Organisation: Efficiently manage customer leads, appointments, and sales activities.
6. Sales Targets: Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals.
7. Weekend Work: As part of the role, you will be required to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in used car sales with a strong track record of success.
2. Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry.
3. Experience in finance proposals, with the ability to explain and offer finance options to customers.
4. Ability to work well-organised and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Sales target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
6. Willingness to gain the SAF qualification (sales accreditation).
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
