Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:-
3. Raising job orders onto the CRM system and making sure that all correspondences where achieved on a daily basis.
4. Diary management for all of the engineers and sending out confirmations consistently.
5. Booking in appointments and client meetings.
6. Client relationship management including suppliers and sub contractors.
7. Ordering parts for the projects and making sure that the construction targets were being achieved.
8. Processing invoices accordingly on project works and raising PO for clients.
