Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting SCM processes and systems, including user training.
* Managing SCM data, supplier records, and document libraries.
* Providing standard and bespoke business reports as required.
* Overseeing catalogue loading and supplier onboarding.
* Ensuring adherence to supply chain processes, tools, and systems.
* Promoting the use of an approved and evaluated supply base.
* Resolving queries efficiently with key stakeholders.
* Supporting process improvements and best practices.
* Engaging in learning and development activities.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Previous experience in a similar supply chain or administrative role.
* Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a controlled environment.
* Experience handling operational queries in a helpdesk-style role.
* Experience using JAGGAER/Ariba (desirable).
