This role is full time (37.5 hrs), and we offer hybrid working, involving a minimum of 2 x office days per week at our design studio in Middlewich and up to 3 x days per week from home (or other Jollyes location as preferred). 37.5 hours per week.
The Role – Graphic Designer
This role sits within our Marketing team and the role holder will manage their workload to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, producing artwork that is right first time, managing the campaign effectiveness and review process, working though opportunities to develop work and make future campaigns better, correctly producing artwork in line with brand expectations.
A full job description is available on request, but to summarise your key responsibilities:
Create promotional and non-promotional In-Store POS and online assets to support cyclical promotional campaigns
Create and execute concepts and assets to support campaigns throughout the year, working closely with Creative Manager and other designers to create consistency across all channels
Support in the delivery of Jollyes value messaging, providing creative solutions for both In Store and Online assets
Create and develop collateral for new store, refits and opportunity stores across print, OOH, In Store and digital platforms
Work on packaging ideas, concepts and artworking inline with our extensive own brand packaging development plan
Support in the delivery of company projects aimed at ensuring Jollyes brand is always communicated effectively
Develop and maintain company brand books for all key projects and brands across the Jollyes business
Support the wider business with necessary creative support e.g. conference slides etc
Liaise with external partners such as printers and 3rd party suppliers
Be a strong source of creativity within the wider marketing team –introduce new concepts and ideas that will engage customers and drive sales
The Skills – Graphic Designer
To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following skills, experience and qualities:

Detailed knowledge and understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Able to take a project from conception to implementation, managing multiple projects at one time
A team player, willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in

Excellent relationship skills, both internally and externally which allow you to develop strong relationships
Highly literate, and highly articulate in written and verbal communications and be prepared to express opinions and ask insightful questions
Good communication both oral and written
Ability to work under pressure and drive change
Previous experience of managing projects from briefing to implementation
Creative eye, with a flair for creating impactful campaigns
Analytical experience, reviewing results and making recommendations to changes
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Full clean driving licence, being able to get to stores across the country
